(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Act, 2008. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of 1 Telangana. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 18th December, 2007.
