(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) 3[xxx] (b) “Government” means the State Government; (c) 3[xxx] (d) “money” includes a cheque or any other negotiable instrument, a postal order or a money order; (e) “newspaper” includes any journal, magazine or other periodical publication; (f) “notification” means a notification published in the 2Telangana Gazette and the word “notified” shall be construed accordingly;
