- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the 2Telangana Language Pandits Grade-II (Regulation of Scale of Pay) Act, 2004
- S. 2In this Act unless the context otherwise requires,- (1) “Government” means the State Government of 2Telangana
- S. 3Section 3 ensures Language Pandits Grade-II receive the pay scale for Grade-I despite not meeting Grade-I qualifications.
- S. 4Section 4 cancels pay scale upgrades for Language Pandits Grade-II and prohibits legal claims for such upgrades.
- S. 5Section 5 allows the government to issue necessary orders to resolve issues under the Act, which must then be presented to the state legislature.
- S. 6The Andhra Pradesh Language Pandits Grade-II (Regulation of Scale of Pay) Ordinance, 2004 is hereby repealed
