136[(1) Every land-holder shall maintain the boundary marks of the land occupied by him in original condition and if he fails in it and does not carry out necessary repairs in spite of orders of the village and Taluqa officers the Revenue officers, not lower in rank to a 136[XXX] Tahsildar, shall cause the necessary repairs to be carried out and recover the charges thereof from the pattadar as an arrear of land revenue. 137[(2) [XXX]]
