If no agreement has been entered into with the Asami Shikmi the same rent as was due for the previous year shall be recoverable either in cash or share of produce and if the Asami Shikmi has from the beginning taken possession of the land without any agreement, such rent shall be fixed as is realised for land of similar capacity from Asami Shikmis in the neighbourhood.
