Land revenue shall be assessed according to the various modes of use. (a) Agricultural use. (b) In addition to agricultural use any other use from which profit or advantage is derived. When rate is assessed on any land for any one of the aforesaid purposes and the land is appropriated for any other purpose the rate thereof shall be altered and fixed again, although the term of subsisting settlement may not have expired.
