[Act No.VIII of 1317 F.] 81 taken from them and the nature and the amount of such security; 215[(c) [XXX]] 216[(d) [XXX]] (e) the assessment of land revenue and the alteration and revision of such assessment and the recovery of land revenue; (f) the disposal of attached land; 217[(f-i) to prescribe the manner of publication of the notification and of the service of the notice referred to in sub-section (3) of section 46-A;] (g) the maximum amount of fine leviable under section 57; (h) the purpose for which land assessed for land revenue may or may not be used and to grant permission to use agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes; (i) issuing of notice in the matter of enhancement of rent and eviction from land by the holder to the Asami or by the Asami to the holder under section 71; (j) prescribing the area of a number under section 79 and the records, registers, accounts and maps to be maintained for the purposes of this Act and the manner and forms in which they shall be prepared and maintained;
