A Tahsildar may, subject to such general orders as may from time to time be passed by the 33[Board of Revenue] or the 34[Collector], depute any of his subordinates to perform any portion of his ministerial or executive duties: Provided that all acts and orders of the subordinates as appointed shall be subject to modification and confirmation by the Tahsildar.
