(1) In respect of every land held by a pattadar, there shall be levied and collected by the Government from the pattadar for every fasli year, an additional land revenue at the following rates, namely:- (i) in the case of wet land,- (a) in the Andhra area, at one hundred per centum of the land revenue payable thereon;
