(1) This Act may be called 2the Telangana Land Revenue (Enhancement) Act, 1967. (2) It extends to the whole of the 2State of Telangana. (3) (i) This Act, except section 3 (in so far as it relates to the class of lands specified in section 4), section 4 and section 6, shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of July 1962.
