Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Revenue Officer in matters concerned with Eligibility Card may prefer an appeal to Tahsildar of the Revenue Mandal in the prescribed manner and the appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal by summary enquiry within fifteen (15) days and its decision shall be final.
