Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015. The University. [Act No.31 of 2008] 5 (3) The University shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said corporate name. (4) In all suits and other legal proceedings by or against the University, the pleadings shall be signed and verified by the Registrar and all processes in such suits and proceedings shall be issued to, and served on him. (5) The headquarters of the University shall be located within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation or at any place within a radius of twenty-five kilometers around those limits.
