In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context- (a) “award” means an award made under the provisions of this Act; (b) “Board” means a Board constituted under section 4 for the settlement of debts; (c) “Collector” means the chief officer in charge of the revenue administration of a district and includes any officer appointed as Collector under this Act;
