(1) The Chairperson of the Governing Council shall be the Chairperson for every Institute, who shall be the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana. (2) The Chairperson shall exercise such powers and discharge such functions as are laid down in this Act or as may be prescribed by rules or regulations.
