Substituted by Act No.18 of 2002. Composition of the Authority. Constitution of Infrastructure Authority. [Act No.36 of 2001] 11 (3) The Ex-officio members of the Authority shall be the following:- (i) Secretary to the Government, Finance and Planning (Finance Wing) Department; (ii) Secretary to the Government, Transport, Roads and Buildings Department; (iii) Secretary to the Government, Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department; (iv) Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department; 9[(v) Managing Director, Infrastructure Corporation of 10Telangana]; 11[(vi) [XXX]] (4) The Members other than those specified in sub- section (3) shall be appointed by the Government in the manner prescribed.
