(1) An appeal shall lie to the Government against the order passed by the Infrastructure Authority under sections 11, 63 and or section 64 of the Act within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order subject to the rules prescribed by the Government in this regard. (2) The decision of the Government under sub-section (1) shall be final and conclusive.
