(1) Government may, by notification, appoint such officers as they deem fit to maintain the list of affected workman. (2) It shall be lawful for the Government to direct the Employment Exchange to sponsor the names of affected to workmen on priority basis. (3) The Government may notify such other schemes as they consider necessary for providing assistance to the affected workmen.
