(1) This Act may be called 1 [the Telangana Improved Seeds and Seedlings Act, 1951]. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the 1 [State of Telangana]. (3) It shall come into force on such date or dates and in such areas as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint in this behalf, and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
