(1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations to carry out the purposes of this chapter. (2) In making any regulation under this section, the Board may provide that a breach thereof shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees and in case of continuing breach with an additional fine which may extend to hundred rupees for every day during which the breach continues after receipt of a notice from the Board to discontinue such breach.
