The Public Health Engineer incharge of water supply or any other officer authorised by the Board may, between sunrise and sunset, enter any premises supplied with water by the Board in order to examine if there is any waste or misuse of such water and the Public Health Engineer incharge of water supply or such other officer shall not be refused entry into the premises nor shall be obstructed by any person in making his examination.
