Dissolution of Hyderabad Urban Development Authority and vesting in the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority. [Act No.8 of 2008] 59 (2) The supporting staff of the Metropolitan Development Authority shall be minimal and any new staff shall be appointed on contract basis (including experts for technical work), as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and the Metropolitan Development Authority may outsource the supporting functions like protect management, development management, legal functions, contracts and tendering, layout planning, architectural services, engineering works and projects including their preparation, design, implementation, through public-private partnerships. * * *
