Any notification required to be published under this Act, shall be in writing and shall be published by affixing in any conspicuous place in the locality where it is intended to be published, or by proclaiming the same with beat of drum, or by advertising the same in any local newspaper or by any other means which the *[Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] may think fit or by any two or more of the aforesaid means as may be suitable.
