Any order or notification issued or published under this Act by the Government or by a Magistrate or officer, the publication and issue thereof, may be proved by the 32[Official Gazette] in which such order or notification is published or by a copy thereof signed by such Magistrate or officer and by him certified to be a true copy of an original order or notification issued according to the section of this Act applicable thereto.
