(1) The *[Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] shall from time to time appoint such places as he thinks fit to be cattle pounds, and a Police officer of such rank shall be appointed as pound-keeper as the Government may approve. (2) Every pound-keeper so appointed shall discharge his duties subject to the orders of the *[Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad.] Property to be delivered to person entitled.
