Substituted by Act No.2 of 2004. Entering in City Police limits without permission after expulsion. Prosecution in certain offences not to be compulsory. Prosecution under other enactments. Disposal of fees, reward etc. Central Act 2 of 1974. [Act No.IX of 1348 F.] 55 crimes, shall, save in so for as any portion of such sums is by any law for the time being in force, payable to the Hyderabad Municipality, be credited to the Government: Provided that with the sanction of the Government or under the rules made by the Government in this behalf, the whole or any portion of such rewards, penalties or forfeitures may, for special services, be paid to a Police officer or be divided amongst two or more Police officers.
