Central Act I of 1894 is repealed and the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act 30 of 2013) is in force. Right to receive Compensation. Compensation for the land acquired. Apportionment of Compensation. Payment of Compensation or deposit of same in court. 4 [Act No. XXXIX of 1961] apportionment of it, the prescribed authority shall deposit the amount of the compensation in the court, and the court shall deal with the amount so deposited in the manner laid down 5[in sections 32 and 33 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act I of 1894)].
