(1) The Government may, by notification in the *Telangana Gazette and subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power such rules may be made for all or any of the following purposes, namely:- (a) the allowances of members 65[and remuneration and conditions of service of the Chairman] under section 7; (b) the manner and form in which contracts shall be entered into under section 15;
