Substituted by Act No.15 of 1962. Powers of and procedure before Tribunal. [Act No. XLVI of 1956] 35 the jurisdiction of which the land comprised in the housing scheme is situate, as if it was the decree of the said Court. (4) The proceedings before the Tribunal shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 193 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code.
