(1) In making inquiries under sections 33, 35, 42 and 46 the Tribunal shall have and exercise the same powers as are vested in a Civil Court in respect of- (a) proof of facts by affidavits; (b) summoning and enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him on oath; (c) compelling the production of documents; and (d) issuing commissions for the examination of witnesses. (2) In all proceedings before the Tribunal, the Tribunal shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
