The Government may, by general or special order published in the *[Telangana Gazette], exempt any housing scheme entrusted by it to the Board from all or any of the provisions of sections 24 to 31 (both inclusive) subject to such conditions, if any, as it may impose or may direct that any such provision shall apply to such scheme with such modifications as may be specified in the order.
