(1) The Government may, by notification in the 8Telangana Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the form of notice under section 4 and the manner in which such notice may be served; (b) the form of the register of habitual offenders and the particulars to be entered therein;
