157[(1)] The Standing Committee shall meet for the despatch of business in the Chief Office of the Municipal Corporation and may, from time to time, make such regulations with respect to such meetings and with respect to the scrutiny of the municipal accounts as they think fit, subject to the following conditions:— (a) there shall be a meeting of the Standing Committee once a week, and at such other times as shall be found necessary;
