An appeal from an order passed by the Tribunal under sections 77 and 78 shall lie to the High Court and shall be heard by a Bench consisting of not less than two Judges: Provided that no such appeal shall be heard by the High Court unless it is filed within thirty days from the date of the order of the Tribunal.
