The Judge may— (a) delegate, either generally or specially to any other judge of the said Court, power to receive applications, appeals and references under this Act, and to discharge any other duty in connection with such applications, appeals and reference, except the hearing and adjudication thereof; (b) if for any reason, it shall be necessary so to do, delegate to any other Judge of the said Court the hearing and adjudication of the said application.
