Whenever under this Act the doing or the committing to do anything or the validity or anything depends upon the consent, approval, declaration, opinion or satisfaction of the Licence for sale in public places. Licence for use of skill in handicraft or rendering services for purposes of gain in public place or street. Public notices how to be made known. Advertisements how to be made. Consent etc., of Commissioner, may be proved by written document under his signature.
