The 120[State Election Commissioner] shall fix the hours during which the poll shall be taken; and the hours so fixed shall be published in the *Telangana Gazette and in such manner as the 120[State Election Commissioner] may direct: Provided that the total period allotted on any one day for polling at an election in a #[ward] shall not be less than eight hours.
