(1) No person who is suffering from infectious disease shall enter a public conveyance without previously notifying to the owner, driver or person in charge of such conveyance that he is so suffering. Place for disinfection may be provided. Person suffering from infectious disease not to enter a public conveyance without notifying the same. [Act No. II of 1956] 377 (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in any Act relating to public conveyances for the time being in force, no owner or driver or person in charge of a public conveyance shall be bound to carry any person suffering as aforesaid in such conveyance unless payment or tender of sufficient compensation, for the loss and expenses he must incur in disinfecting such conveyance, is first of all made to him.
