The Commissioner may expel from any municipal market or slaughter-house any person, who or whose servant has been convicted for contravening any bye-laws made under this Act, or any regulation made under section 533, in such market or slaughter-house and may prevent such person, by himself or his servants from carrying on any trade or business in such market or slaughter-house or occupying any stall, standing, shed, pen or other place therein, and may determine any lease or tenure which such person may have in any such stall, shop, standing, shed, pen or place. Regulations and table of stallage rents to be posted up in markets and slaughter-houses.
