[Act No. II of 1956] 447 (2) The Government may from time to time by a like notification determine by what person any fee determined under clause (a) shall be payable. (3) No application or appeal shall be admitted by the said Judge, until the fee, if any, prescribed therefor under clause (a), has been paid.
