(1) It shall not be lawful newly to erect or to re-erect any building for or intended for human habitation, or at or in which labourers or workmen are to be employed, without such water-closet or privy and such urinal accommodation, and accommodation for bathing or for the washing of clothes and domestic utensils, as the Commissoner may determine. (2) In determining any such accommodation the Commissioner may specify in each case — (a) whether such building shall be served by the water-closet or by the privy system, or partly by one and partly by the other; Water closets and other accommodation in buildings newly erected or re- errected. 250 [Act No. II of 1956] (b) what shall be the site or position of each water- closet, privy urinal or bathing or washing place, and their number.
