Added by Act No.22 of 2011. Report and statement to be laid before the Assembly. [Act No. II of 1956] 171 236[Local Administration] Department for the purpose of being laid before the Legislative Assembly of the State. (2) On receipt of such report and statement the Secretary to Government, Local Administration Department shall with such comments, if any, as he may deem necessary to make thereon take steps to cause the said report and statement to be laid without delay before the Legislative Assembly.
