(1) A #[member] shall cease to be a #[member] if he- (a) is or becomes subject to any of the disqualifications specified in section 22; 87[(aa) is elected to a Ward/Office reserved for Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes or Backward Classes, and subsequently the community certificate on the basis of which he is elected is cancelled under section 5 of 88the Telangana (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993;]
