Substituted by Act No.13 of 2008. Short title, extent and Commencement. Definitions. 2 [Act No. II of 1956] (4) ‗business‘ includes any trade, commerce or manufacture, or an adventure or any concern in the nature of trade, commerce or manufacture; 3[(4-a) ‗ceiling limit‘ means the ceiling limit as specified in section 4 of the Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976;] (5) ‗cesspool‘ includes a settlement tank or other tank for the reception or disposal of foul matter from buildings; 4[(6) ‗city‘ means the area declared by the State Government by notification to be the City of Greater Hyderabad.] (7) ‗Commissioner‘ means the Municipal Commissioner for the city appointed under section 104 and includes an acting commissioner appointed under section 110; (8) ‗company‘ means a company as defined in 5[the Companies Act, 1956] or formed in pursuance central Act of an Act of Parliament or of an Act of the of I956 Legislature of a State and includes any firm or association carrying on business in the 6[Telangana area of the State of Telangana] whether incorporated, or its principal place of business is situate therein, or not; (9) ‗the corporation‘ means the Municipal Corporation of the City;
