The term of office of the Committee constituted under section 3, shall be for a period of three months from the date of the commencement of this Act: Provided that it shall be competent for the Government to extend by notification published in the 4Telangana Gazette the term of office of the Committee for a period not exceeding three months at a time; so however that the term
