(1) This Act may be called the 1 Telangana Government Medical and Dental Institutions (Conversion into Semi-Autonomous Institutions) Act, 2007. (2) It extends to all Government Medical/Dental Colleges and Institutes of Medical / Dental Sciences established in the State of 1 Telangana. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 22nd October, 2007.
