(1) The convicting magistrate may direct any portion, not exceeding one half, of any fine which is imposed under section 3, section 4 or section 9 and of the moneys or the proceeds of articles seized and ordered to be forfeited under section 8 or section 12 to be paid to such informants as may have assisted in the detection of the offenders. (2) A direction under sub-section (1) may also be made by any court of appeal, reference or revision. (3) Where a direction is made under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) the magistrate or court concerned shall send the amount to be paid under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), as the case may be in the area within the jurisdiciion of the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad to the said Commissioner and elsewhere to the Superintendent of Police, who shall distribute it among such of the informants aforesaid as may be chosen by him in such proportion as he thinks fit. (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order in the Telangana Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing such difficulty: Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of the Telangana Gaming (Amendment) Act, 2017.
