Any person claiming to be interested in the property seized under section 44 may, within one month from the date of any order passed under section 45, section 46 or Procedure in regard to perishable property seized under section 44. Appeal from orders under section 45, section 46, or section 47. 36 [Act No. 1 of 1967] section 47, present an appeal there from to the court to which an appeal from the order of the magistrate ordinarily lies, the appeals shall be disposed of in the manner provided by the 19Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898.
