When the trial of any forest offence is concluded, any timber or forest produce in respect of which such offence was committed shall, if it is the property of the Central or State Government or if it is confiscated, be taken possession of by or under the authority of the Divisional Forest Officer, or and in any other case, may be disposed of in such manner as the Court having jurisdiction may, by order, direct.
