Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.22, E.F.S&T (For.I) Department, dated 13.05.2015. Certain kinds of timber to be deemed property of Government until title thereto is proved and may be collected accordingly. Notice to claimants to drift timber. [Act No. 1 of 1967] 29 not exceeding two months, from the date of such notice, a written statement of such claim. Such notice shall contain a description of the timber and the place from which it was collected and the depot or station at which it is stored.
