Substituted for the words “Sarkari-i-Aali” by the Andhra Pradesh Adaptation of Laws Order, 1957 (A.P.A.O. 1957). Definitions. Powers of Government regarding Government ferries. Short title and commencement. 2 [Act No.II of 1314 F.] Provided that when an alteration is necessary in the course or in the limits of a Government ferry by reason of the diversion of a river or brooke, the 4[collector] of the district in which the ferry is situate or other officer whom the 5[Government] may appoint may, by an order in writing, make such alteration.
